  • Yes. Your stay includes exclusive access to a screened-in heated pool and an in-ground spa. Pool heating is available as an optional add-on, ensuring a consistent, comfortable temperature year-round.

    Because of our oversized lot, the pool area is significantly more secluded than typical resort villas.

    Due to the thermal requirements of the system, we recommend a 48-hour lead time for activation. Note: The inground spa is integrated with the pool system and requires the heat to be active for temperature elevation.

    Please note: Electric heat pumps are ambient-air dependent. In rare instances where temperatures drop below 55°F, the pump may not reach maximum temperature.

    We take this policy seriously to protect the medical well-being of all who stay here. Bringing an animal onto the property will result in an immediate cancellation of the stay without a refund and a specialized deep-cleaning fee to restore the home's hypoallergenic status.

    We understand this may mean our property is not the right fit for every traveler, and we are happy to recommend other local Solterra villas that can accommodate service animals if needed.

  • Solterra Resort Parking Rules & Restrictions

    • Vehicles may be parked only in garages, driveways, or designated marked spaces.

    • Overnight street parking is allowed only in designated marked street spaces.

    • A maximum of five vehicles per home may be registered for overnight parking.

    • Only registered guests may park overnight.

    • Commercial vehicles, RVs, trailers, boats, and similar vehicles may only enter temporarily for loading/unloading.

    • Parking on grass, lawns, sidewalks, or common areas is prohibited.

    • Vehicles parked in violation of these rules are subject to fines, violation notices, and towing at the owner’s expense.

  • We provide a high-speed Wi-Fi 6 mesh network with multiple access points extending coverage to the pool deck. Speeds typically range from 500 Mbps to 1 Gbps, supporting multiple "Work-from-Villa" video conference streams simultaneously.

  • Anchor Cove Villa is perfectly situated in Davenport’s Solterra Resort, offering a quick and straightforward commute to all major Orlando attractions. We are located approximately 10 miles (15–20 minutes) from the gates of Walt Disney World® Resort and roughly 20 miles (25–30 minutes) from Universal Studios Florida and SeaWorld Orlando, depending on traffic.

    • Fuel & Grocery Stop: Posner Park is just a few minutes away on your way home from the parks. It features a Target, Starbucks, and several quick-service dining options, making it the perfect spot to restock the villa’s kitchen without adding miles to your trip.

    • EV Charging: If you need to charge an EV while grabbing coffee, the Target at Posner Park also features several EV charging stations, making it a convenient stop before heading into the parks for the day.

  • It’s a pleasant 5–7 minute walk or a 2-minute drive. As our guest, you have access to the pool, lazy river, fitness center, and tennis courts.

  • 5525 Misty Oak Cir is located approximately 28 miles from Orlando International Airport (MCO). Under standard traffic conditions, the drive time is typically 30 to 40 minutes.

    To ensure a frictionless arrival, we recommend utilizing the SR-417 (Central Florida GreeneWay) as a scenic, lower-traffic alternative to I-4. For guests requiring the highest level of efficiency, MCO offers MCO Reserve and TSA PreCheck services, which we highly recommend for your departure. If you are coordinating a private car service or rideshare (Uber/Lyft), the "Elite" status of the Solterra gated community ensures easy GPS recognition and seamless gate access for your driver.

    The Toll Road Hack: Florida’s toll roads (SR-417 and SR-528) are now almost entirely electronic (SunPass/E-Pass).

    • Pro Tip: We recommend you check if your home-state transponder (like E-ZPass, E-Pass, etc.) works in Florida here (since many now do) and bring it with you.

  • While Solterra Resort typically charges a one-time "Leisure Patron" fee for clubhouse and lazy river access, we believe your vacation should be stress-free. Simply pay the nominal fee ($35-$45) at the clubhouse upon arrival, send us a photo of the receipt, and we will provide a full reimbursement directly to your booking account.

    Additional Details

    • Payment Method: The resort is strictly card or mobile tap only (Apple Pay/Google Pay). They do not accept cash at the clubhouse.

    • Duration: This fee covers your entire group for the full length of your stay (whether you are there for 3 days or 60).

    • Access: Payment is made in person at the clubhouse during business hours (typically 9:00 AM – 6:30 PM). Upon payment, guests receive access cards/wristbands for the pool, lazy river, slide, and gym.

    • Technical Tip: If guests arrive after the clubhouse closes, they can still access your private lot and pool using the digital door code, but they will need to wait until the clubhouse opens the next morning to pay the fee and access the resort-wide amenities.

  • For dining out, the ChampionsGate and Davenport area has become an excellent hub for gluten-free lifestyles. Many local establishments are well-versed in cross-contamination protocols. To provide you with the most accurate, real-time data, we recommend using the Find Me Gluten Free platform, which is filtered specifically for our property’s coordinates.

  • Solterra Resort does not permit outside food or beverages in the clubhouse or pool area, as food and drinks are available for purchase through the on-site restaurant, Sole, which also offers convenient delivery options.
