Who We Are

Anchor Cove Villa was created by Kelly and Jeff, a husband-and-wife team married for nearly 20 years and parents of three boys. Like many families, our world has expanded as we’ve begun navigating the neurodiverse journey with our youngest, who is nonverbal, autistic, a perspective that has deeply shaped how we think about travel, rest, and what families truly need when they’re away from home.

We know firsthand how overwhelming vacations can feel when you’re constantly on alert. That understanding inspired the thoughtful details throughout Anchor Cove Villa. Our goal is simple: to create a space where families can slow down, feel supported, and make meaningful memories, whether that means adventure-filled days or quiet moments back at the house.

Kelly is also the co-founder of Billy’s Legacy Foundation, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, created with her parents in honor of her brother’s memory and his dream of changing lives — a mission rooted in inclusion, care, and compassion. That same heart is woven into how Anchor Cove Villa was designed.

One of those thoughtful touches is Jordan’s Room — a small reset space designed for kids to unwind after a long day or take a moment when they need it. We spent years creating little dark, quiet, soft spaces for our son wherever we traveled, so he could sit, play, and regulate in his own way. Jordan’s room was born from that lived experience and created with comfort, flexibility, and calm in mind.

Florida has always been a place our family loves to return to, and Anchor Cove Villa reflects that love, a space designed to feel restful, welcoming, and grounded. We hope that from the moment you arrive, you feel anchored, supported, and at ease.
