Anchor Cove Villa is proud to support Billy's Legacy Foundation, a Pennsylvania-based 501(c)(3) nonprofit founded in memory of Billy Bauernschmidt. Their mission — honoring Billy's dream of changing lives by supporting those facing hardship, including individuals who are neurodiverse or have disabilities — is one we carry into how we designed this home.

Featuring soft lighting, calming textures, and a low-stimulus environment, it gives neurodivergent guests — and honestly, any guest who needs a quiet moment — a place to recharge without leaving the excitement of the vacation behind. It's available to every family who stays with us, all included in your booking.
